  • Trim/Tilt went dead

    I have a 1991 200 Outboard.
While underway, the trim/tilt switch on the throttle when activated
caused the gauge to start flashing (3triangles) and beeping.
Got back to the house and tested motor there.
T/T worked for a few seconds, then went dead.
Ignition also went dead after that. No sound when I
    turn the key.
Don't know if it's the relays or the solenoid or both.

    Thanks

If lost all power then may have blown a fuse on engine.

On the 91 it had inline fuses next to the starter solenoid.

          Thanks.
What's happening now is ,the power will come back if
I let the engine sit a while.
It will give me enough juice to get a buzzing when I turn the key,
but then goes dead again if I try to start or tilt engine.
