Hi ! What are the items I need for conversion of a 2009 F20PLR from remote control to tiller handle?

A tiller handle conversion kit is not available for the F20, you can get the parts needed at Yamaha Outboard Parts 2006 and Later 4-stroke F20ESR 6AHK-1000001 STEERING MH EH PH Diagram
Number 1 in diagram is handle assy but look at what reference numbers are included in with number 1 may need the other parts as well.
