  • Pro V 150 problem

Motor runs great at idle up to around 3000 rpm, after that it starts surging. RPM's have dropped. (4000-4400 from usual 5000) Changed out fuel in tank, checked siphon tube and found no problems, screen filter not dirty at all, replaced the connection from the fuel line to the motor due to some wear on the sealing grommet, no change, new plugs, even added a new clear inline filter. Replaced the hose clamps at all connections No changes. The only thing left to change on the fuel side is the hose and primer bulb but when I checked them they produced plenty of fuel when the primer bulb was squeezed. Motor has worked flawless all spring until now. Ran great the night before. What next? Electrical?
