I'm am on year 7 with this yamaha . It has been bullet proof , no problems till this season and minor ones at that.
On a cold start I have to prime the carbs 4 or so throttle apps.
Then raise the idle for 10 - 15 seconds. or she stumbles around for a short time.
I've never had to do this. I'd just turn the key and she would come up on a high
idle then after short time return to curb idle. ??? anyone
