What's the deal? Bolt heads come off

with these Yamaha bolts where the head just pops off when trying to remove and leaves a thin hex. Had five of them break like this so far. Anyone else have it happen? ONLY happens with factory Yamaha bolts for some reason.

Well i think its a serious thing to get the five of them to break.Anything like this havent happened to me.Do checked it once.
