  • changing from a 4 cycle to a 2 cycle outboard

I currently have a 2000 100HP 4 cycle with a 703 controls and I am looking replace it with a 1991 115HP 2 cycle. Will this motor work with my existing gauges and controls?
The 115 HP came with gauges and a 704 control.
What problems will I run it to?

    Denis

Yes everthing thing will work, if you have the Yamaha digital tach then will need to change setting to 2 stroke engine.
