Overheat Alarm Issue

Was wondering if anyone new what was going on here, my motor 2003 225 HPDI overheat alarm is going off for what appears to be for no reason. THe motor is pumping water the pressure looks good. This happens when you just turn the key on, before you start the motor even. The alarm eventually shuts off after sometime, varies could be 5 minutes could be 15. I do not think it is overheating at all. This does not happen all the time, any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you are sure it's overheat and not low oil warning then test the overheat sensors and check wire connects and all ground wires on engine.
