2003 200 HPDI water pressure gage

Do you have to remove the cowling to replace the water pressure gage on a 2003 200 HPDI 2 stroke engine?

The water pressure tubing connects to gauge and to engine if that needs to be replaced but the gauge can be disconnected at dash.
