Running problems

I have teo 1988 130 v-4 motors. Took them out for the first time Sat, both up to 4100 RM's. On return trip right motor started to loose rpms. Brought back both throttles engine did not install. Throttled up to 3500 rpm right motor again looses RPMs no stall. Brought both engines back to 4100 RPM's ran fine back to dock. At dock right engine stalled in reverse a little hard starting. Once restarted engine stalled after a few minutes running, twice. Right engine smoking a little more than left motor.

May be dirty carbs, bad fuel pump, water in fuel, clogged filters or bad fuel lines.
