Looking for some performance info 1993 Yamaha VX250 76 degree

My Uncle just bought a 2003 24ft Grady White that has a 250HP VX250 76 degree with 400 hours on it. I was looking for some performance numbers on this engine but could not find any. The only thing I see is that since they are carbed they like gas and oil...Does anyone have a performance sheet on this engine?? Looking to see what we can expect MPG at what RPM etc...Thanks for any help...

You can go to Yamaha's web site and look at the performance bulletin there but I don't think they still have any 2003 listed. A VX250 model is a V-Max series(20 inch shaft length), OX66 Fuel injected model(not carburetor).

Boats.net I can't find any performance info on that engine on yamahas website unfortunately it doesn't go back that far.....Also, It is not an OX66 as it has carbs....Tahnsk for trying though
