1998 225 vmax wont start/Please Help

I have a 1998 225 yamaha vmax that sat up for about 2 years without being ran. I recently had the fuel pump replaced and it cranked right up took it out the next day ran kinda bad at first guess it just had to get the bad fuel out of its system. Rest of the trip it ran perfect. I ran it on the boot the other day it ran fine for 10 minutes then it killed. Now it won't start it will only tunover but not fire. Any ideas on what could be the problem. Trash in injectors? Water in motor? I tried to run it on a separate tank and still no luck. Any ideas on what the problem is? If it is injectors would 1 dirty or bad one keep the entire motor from starting?

can you hear the fuel pumps running as even though you have changed them with stale fuel you could still have the same problem.
also check the fuses for fuel pump

yes you can hear the pump running and its spraying fuel didnt check fuse yet though will asap. The fuel in the tank now is fresh.
