40 hp yamaha oil light

I have a 03 40 hp yamaha. I've just put carb kits on all 3 carbs. It now runs great but when it idles, it has an intermitting cherp in the motor. I noticed that the oil light flickers on and off. The oil resovior is full and it appears that oil is being used. No warning light or buzzer has gone off. Does anyone have an Idea of whats going on.

The chirp is a lean running condition, passages or jets are still plugged in carbs or carbs are not in sync or an air leak on intake.

I'm pretty sure the jets in the carb were clean when I put things back together. I sprayed everything with sea foam and let sit, resprayed and blew everthing out with air. If it is carb sync or leak in the air intake, is this something that a jaco can fix or do I need to take it to the hospital.
