Gday ppl we have recently purchased a ali runabout with a 1992 yamaha 2 stroke manual start on it..for the life of me i cant seem to figure out how you find out how to read the year etc on year make model and such..can anyone tell me in basic terms please how to?? OK THIS MAY BE HELPFUL my numbers on motor plate..6H4 L 304795 (B)

apparently depends on what country it was sold in ???

but then again i wouldnt doubt many motors after years of use mave many different parts on them, including side/mount brackets
