Digital tach

I have an 02' 115 Yamaha 4 stroke w/703 controls and was wondering if a digital tach, part # 6Y5-8350T-81 would work w/ this set up?

Yes that tach will work, you would also need 68F-82553-90-00 trim/oil harness and 6Y5-83553-N0-00 gauge power harness.

My 115 has about 195 psi on all cylinders is that possible, I don't see anyone else saying they have that much pressure.

Yes four strokes run more compression, as long as they are even you are ok.
