30HP Yamaha adjusting carbs

I have a 30 hp Yamaha 1997, it will not idle. I rebuilt the carbs and adjusted them. Can anyone tell how many turns I should make on the adjustment screws on these carbs? Thanks

Model C30 1 1/4 turns
Model 30(oil injection) 3/4 top carb, 1 3/4 center carb and 1 bottom carb.
