Engine miss/ 130 hp

Hopefully someone can help me. I have a 7/2002 130 HP yamaha that has aquired a high rpm intermitent miss. I paid a yamaha dealer to rebuild the carbs and the problem has not cleared. I have changed to several types of plugs with no result. I have changed out the coils with new ones, and I replaced the fuel line thinking the engine may be sucking some air. I still think the miss is a fuel related problem. Should I purchase some kits and try the carb thing again?

The first thing I done was buy a manual. I have completed everything to my knowledge that could cause the problem. Timing is correct, Air bleeds seem to be set accordingly. I was hoping someone had experienced this problem before and could shed some light.

first try running motor under load WITH an auxillary tank.....and if you dont have them in, put the required ngk plugs back in and repost your findings.
