Re-manufactured power head

Looking to purchase a re-manufactured power head for a 2005 200HPDI. At 1948 hrs I have lost compression readings to 85PSI in 4 of 6 cylinders and one cylinder is showing signs of water present on plug (rust). Certified Yamaha Mechanic thought engine was a good candidate for rebuild. Good idea???

Is there a re-manufacturer that is recommended? Thanks
