1996 Yamaha 25hp top cowling interchangeable???

Does anyone know if a 1996 25hp top cowling can be changed out with either a 20hp or 30hp of equivalent years?? Mine flew the coop last year and been looking for awhile now to no avail......my part number is 6L2-42610-21-4D. Thanks in advance!
