Won't run when warm

I have a 2002 50hp 2 stroke. It starts and runs fine. Run it for about 20 minutes to first fishing spot everything fine. Next spot it is still ok. Then it starts to run poorly. Finally it will not crank until it has totally cooled down. It appears to be getting fuel. The plugs are wet.
