I have a 2020 yamaha 9.9 with less than 10 hours. When pulling cord I get a red light and not starting. Oil was changed and filled per recommendations, kill switch lanyard is in place and plugs were pulled to checked and look good. Unfortunately Iit is out of warranty. Any help would be appreciated.
