throttle cam roller

2000 year model, V150TLRY (v max 150 carb). The throttle cam roler is worn out. I looked on the parts breakdowns and didn't see it listed, so I did a google search and came up with a 682-41291-00-00 which shows to be more or less universal for many outboards. Is that the one I need?

Second question. How does the old one come off?

Yamaha Item #: 682-41291-00-00 good. It is in a rigging catalog. if it is worn, most likely accelerator cam also worn, but it is boat specific number. to remove old cam roller, need to destroy it, without damaging anything else. sharp cutter will do.
