I have an 18 foot north river with jet drive 150 4 stroke 2005 63P with a possible problem with either jet pump or engine, all yds parameters i believe are within specs but only achieve 4680 rpm on wide open throttle. What should it be? there has never been a tach installed on boat so lack of rpm is an ear noise, only when i questioned that it is actually at 4680 on yds, customer states it just lost power. i am the 3rd shop to attempt this, almost every item has been changed out. i adjusted tps as per spec voltage at idle, it is just a dog until it gets up on plane in 15 seconds,
