Where can I find step-by-step instructions for the removal and replacement of the timing belt on a 2019 F70LA?

    Thanks.

    How about your service manual?

It is in the applicable service manual. But service manuals are written for Yamaha trained mechanics.

For someone new to replacing a cam shaft drive belt you might also want to obtain a non Yamaha service manual. Or try and find some you tube videos.

Something like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8NtHwAxaqU with the understanding there may be some minor differences between an F60 and an F70.

        Thanks guys.

I have the service manual. I have watched a couple of videos. I like to see if everyone does it the same, but also wonder if it is the correct Yamaha way. I may just have to watch intently and take notes.

Was just hoping that someone could point me where they had the procedures and specs laid out in order.

Not sure what you are looking for. There is the Yamaha way. As shown in your service manual.

Why are you looking for other (non Yamaha ways)? What does it matter if everyone does not do it the same?

Correction. Now I have the correct service manual…and not the pamphlet that my buddy had printed out.

Curious how many hours you have on your F70.
Looking to do mine as well.

I am not sure how fuel could leak from the bottom of the carb unless you failed to close a drain screw, but I am not familiar with this 4 stroke
