I have a 2013 15h 4 stroke. It has been sitting for a couple years. Got it gonna run it had some carb issues. Bought a cheap one put on it and it idle good bit wouldn't open up all the way. Put new fuel filter on and now it putting all the gas into the oil. Any suggestions on what the problem is.
