Trying to check everything but I want to make sure that I fully understand the service manual.
On pages 8-13/8-14, the steps for checking the fuse holder. In the picture the fuse holder seems to be fully disconnected from the outboard. And the picture shows supplying the fuse holder with a positive and negative source to specific terminals and then check continuity.
Am I understanding that correctly?
