Will this 200 lower unit work on a 150?

Are lower units 64M-45300-NA-02 and 64K-45300-NA-02 compatible? The first is for a 200 VMax, and the second for a 150.

It appears 64M is for HPDI motors, where the 64K is for carb'd motors.

I'd like to put the 200 model on my 150.
