ox66 to f225 swap

Hello, going to replace my pair of 98 225 ox66's with a pair of 03 f225's, I'm pretty sure I will need to replace the original tachometer's with the 6y5-8350-83-00 tach's, is the harness the same for both ? Also is the main engine harness the same ? Boat is a 98 GW 272 sailfish factory rigged with the ox66's. Need some guidance before I dive in ,Thanks for any advice , Chris

yes.
the 10 pin main and the trim/oil harness will remain the same.
you will only be removing the oil tanks and the oil pump harness's.

Thanks Rodbolt, I appreciate it , while removing stbd ox66 noticed 2 cut wires on the right side behind shift assembly, one black and one blue/yellowstripe, been having issues with this motor going in to limp mode very sporadic , do you think its related ? Chris
