I have a 2003 vmax hpdi 200. It starts fine every time, but as soon as I try to take off and get on plane it bogs down ( doesn't fluctuate rpm) for a few seconds until rpms increase and it gets on plane. It feels like a lack of power almost, once I'm on plane it runs fine. Once I come off of plane and put it in neutral idle the engine has an intermittent hiccup to it where it cuts out for a second and then returns to normal, it hiccups a few more times to the point it may eventually die. It doesn't do this before I get on plane though. Engine has new bilge filter, clear plastic filter, vst filter, metal canister filter, injector filters, low pressure pumps and plugs. Any ideas?
