I have a Yamaha 225 four stroke 2007 model. The motor runs like a dream, but has minute amounts of water leaking into the oil for every test run we have performed, only when under load ie when it is on the boat. Running in a tank, it does not seem to leak in.
I have had the heads checked and cleaned, pressure tested, new head gaskets, all possible gaskets and seals replaced, the middle section checked all gaskets seals replaced etc. I have replaced the head gaskets, buying a complete new set twice, thinking that it wasn’t quite right the first time.
We have run out of ideas except for replacing the whole block and heads. Any ideas appreciated.
