F40 2011 yamaha: seems to have fuel delivery issue. low rpm ok, but stops running at throttle up. using a mercury screw on cartridge external water separator. could restriction of fuel flow cause problem? should I use raycor separator system. Is it high pressure fuel pump? no fuel squirt from schrader valve when turn over. thanks
