oil premix ratio for ox66

we have had 3 OX66 powerheads blown due to different oil injection issues over the years. the latest one was due to the oil level sender failing and not telling the feed pump to pump and also not setting off the low oil alarm. we have come to the agreement that we are going to abandon the oil injection system, make a cover for the pump drive and premix the gas and oil now on. is there recommended premix ratio for the 250hp ox66? wasn't sure if a 100:1 or 50:1 or other ratio was preferred

for breaking in a newly rebuilt engine, is it just double the oil ratio? manual doesn't specify break-in procedures. what are the actual procedures? would really think service manual would have break-in info, i guess it is in owners manual which i dont have
