300 hpdi loosing hp after I. Replaced filters

I have a 2004 300 hpdi ha was running poor I replaced plugs strainer and the filter inside the vst tank. Now it idles much better but when I put my foot in it. It drops down to around 1k Roma for a sec then back up to 4 or 5. If I ease in to it gets on plane and runs perfect. It only cuts out on take off.
The way it's acting now is nothing like how it was before the maitnance
