Bottom Cowling does not match Apron. Need Help

I need some help. I have a 1991 115tlrp but the apron does not fit the bottom cowling. I bought a used apron to replace it but it does not fit the hole on the bottom cowling either. The motor I just picked up. Can anyone help me with identifing the bottom cowling, I was hoping if I could identify it maybe I could fine the right apron to go with it. Thanks

Now that Im thinking about it may be from a 1998. Looks like it has a more mushroom head on the front.
