I currently have a 1989 150 PROVLF with a blown power head. I have found a complete power head for a 175hp and am being told it will work on my motor. The seller states the olny differences between the 150 and 175 is the carb ports are bigger and the intake assembly provides more flow. My question is what power heads are inter-changable with my motor and what modifications will I have to make if any to get back up and running?
