Testing 0X66 Stator

i bypassed the low pressure pumps by placing a low pressure pump between the tank and the vst. Low pressure pumps were not hooked up. When motor tries to idle, it is at 23*BTDC. If i disconnect any of the sensors, it goes to 7* like it should. I will try to redo all the voltages again. I tested the sensors as the manuel states, including items like placing in a pot of water.

Sorry, but I do not believe you are idling at 23 BTDC
and explain how you are testing the motor as I asked and what about the fuel pressures Rodbolt asked for way back
