I am looking at a replacement cowling for my model F40TLRC motor. I found some online from the same year and also 40hp. The one in looking at it a F40MLHC. Would this cowling fit on my engine or am I just not that lucky?

I believe it will have a hole for the pull rope to stick out of that you do not have -

It will fit. Plug and play. You will just have a hole in the front where the handle would normally be. I bit of duct tape can be used to cover the hole.Comment
