Bad shake at low rpm

Hi, This is my first post. I have twin 2002 225 OX66 and the problem is at low rpm 900-1400 the starboard motor shakes a lot and the port not as much. I just got the boat so this was my first time out. I have done a service on both motors plugs,filters,gear lube and water pumps. Is there anything else I can look for or check?

Make sure plug wires are all attached.
Those motors have cylinder management at low speeds and never run that smoothly.
