Adjusted oil pump stop clearance this weekend. Bit different from the larger engines. Adjusted at WOT. With the Mikuni pumps, I've read over and over if the link is broken the pump defaults to full oiling. I don't see how that happens because the spring brings the pump lever back to slowest speed/leanest setting. What am I missing?

Knowing one Yamaha can mess with ones mind when the one is dealing with a different Yamaha. Bites me in the arse all of the time. -
