The salt water has deteriorate all the parts and pieces for my tilt/trim and was wondering about cost to repair or a kit with all the parts to replace. Any thoughts or leads thank you in advance!

There are no repair kits offered by or available from Yamaha. Only piece parts.
If all parts and pieces of your trim and tilt unit are deteriorated then it might be more cost effective to replace the complete assembly. It does not take many spare parts being sold individually to cost more than a complete unit.
