After changing fuel separator/filter and filter in front of motor, ran motor in yard with ears. Now at a high idle, motor runs good but filter on motor doesn't stay full of fuel, about a quarter of top half of filter is empty. I can pump bulb an fill it but at a high idle it drops. Is this normal or do i have a fuel pump problem?
