O.K., a simple question....1999 C90 motor....Whenever I tilt the motor up would it make sense that it may require pumping the primer bulb a few times to help restarting, since maybe the fuel level in the float chamber has become lower?....I've noticed at times that my motor doesn't give it's almost instant starts after stopping/tilting....
