so it should be the exhaust in the cowling right? If so it is suggest to using high temperature epoxy putty could be ok to fix it?

        Omg...

Btw..that motor has been cooked !!! over heated...mucho!! I see brown paint on the "head covers" A good head would be silver...the two first things I ALWAYS check is gear case oil, then pull the o/b cover and inspect and the MAIN thing I look for is signs of over heating...along with a host of many other things ,BUT,,,when I see burnt paint...I hate to have to tell the owner that fact...

I'll probably have to go to an optician, I see brown exhaust plate, if that leaks the escaped exhaust would heat it up - looks more like oil mixed with exhaust (or rust?) stain than burn. Even looks like it may not have been the original part. If I am right, and because the engine sounds OK? (my laptop), the powerhead may not be heat damaged - confined to that leak area?.

jerrychf it would be wise that that entire exhaust plate be removed and inspected and replaced (including all the gaskets and other stuff. That red stuff looks a bit crude of a repair. the plate underneath does not last forever. I hope for yoursake the rest of motor is Ok and not cooked.
on this subject probably wise that you take off thermostat covers and look at what the passage looks like. probably would need a clean around the thermostat and whatever else is there. replace with fresh gaskets also.

Thanks for everyone reply, it really helped and need to be notice every status at the motor!

I am new to boating, and just got the boat and the motor from a friend with a pretty good price, the boat is clean and just few times touch to the sea, but the motor bring from another boat and it should be used over 10 years.

When I test and show by my friend it really had my worry about the motor being repaired with these job, but it runs pretty good (but don't know is it can last longer BTW). I run it over an hour for cruising 3800-4000 rpm.

For rebuild this engine will be cost very high labor and housing cost for the boat, and that not very made sense to me because a complete new 4 stroke EFI motor will be around 7800 USD in my location.
