Is there an option to get a 2015 model 40HP tiller motor with power tilt and trim?
The nitro assist would not suit my needs.

No, there is no option from Yamaha. Not any that are cost effective that is.
If the F40 is desired with power trim and tilt then the F40LA model should have been purchased and the optional tiller arm added.
Here is an aftermarket option.
