    Low pressure fuel pump changeout

    I have an F115TXRB. I have discovered that the low pressure fuel pump is leaking gasoline when I pump the fuel bulb.
    I was looking the engine over after replacing plugs.
    I put muffs on it and had the cover off and pumped the bulb.
    Heard his and saw gas leaking out.
    I have ordered a new low pressure fuel pump. Is there any special procedure to follow to replace this pump?

    I have 2008, F115TJR

    Was just looking at the fuel pump, Mikuni I think.
    Just curious, how many hours you have on it.

    Was wondering if a good idea to carry a spare. ?

      yes there is, if it is leaking fuel into the crankcase, you will need to change the oil and filter.. other than that it is plug and play..

        It has over 900 hours on it.
        Boat originally did not have an hour meter.
        Was put on about 6 months after I bought it.
        Its starting to show its age.
