I have a Yamaha 9.9hp (F15ELHA) , 4 stroke Outboard (2002) which performs great except when I move the helm wheel to Portside I get a bad vibration which I have established is on the outboard itself. All steering cables etc are ok.
It sounds very much like 2 parts of the outboard are touching as they move across each other ?
Has anybody experienced this problem, and if so, what is the solution.
