  • 2002 200hp OX66 Flooding Out

I have a fuel issue and can't lay a finger on it. The motor will start each day and run for 2-3 minutes then get rough and shut down. Will not fire again until next day. Started realizing that gas was pouring out of my lower end/exhaust. Pulled the plugs and they were all soaked. Turned motor over and blew out the cylinders. Lot of gas blew out especially the lower cylinder on both sides. I seem to be flooding out but how is that possible on a fuel injected motor? High pressure pump does stop and is not constantly running so I don't think I have a stuck injector but??? Anyone with similar problem or can anyone guide me on what to do next?

Test low pressure pumps, without solid flow it (could ) make hp pump run extra
    Could also be injector
Could be float is stuck in vst
    Have you tested rail pressure

VST needle or most likely a blown fuel lift pump diaphram.
CAREFUL spinning the motor over to clear fuel.
a tech at the shop got to discharge a fire bottle doing it last week.
gave a new meaning to"fire it up man".
