    do most run Yamalube or do you recommend a different oil for my 2005 40d?

    Yamalube is so good I used it for all my 2-stroke applications even before I bought a Yamaha outboard.

      Any TC-W3 oil is good on my 30D.
      No problems so far and already used from several companies.
