Just installed the head and head cover on my 70 hp (model 70ETLG) and the engine runs fine but I notice water slowly trickling from around the #1 sparkplug. I suspect it's leaking from between the head and the head cover. I used new gaskets....should I use RTV or permatex on the gasket between the head and head cover to stop the leak. Other plug holes are dry.
