Lots of water in fuel, help!

Long story short I ended up with lots of water in my fuel tank and into my engine it went. Lots of it. Tank has been drained and rinsed, fuel water sep. changed,all fuel lines to the fuel pump has been flush with clean fuel. Still won't start

prop need to clean fuel inj pump and tank.. and motor filter, possibly plugs
not as familiar with the 4's but on a 2 str i would pull plugs and turn over numerous times
