Default Has the issues with the 250 vmax hpdi's been solved before the 07's were made?

I just bought a new 2007 VMAX 250 HPDI and started reading all these posts of guys having problems with them blowing up. Has this issue been fixed before the 07's came out?

Can anyone tell how I can find out if this engine has had the oil system upgrade? I'm 3 hours into my break in and would like to know before I hit the 5000 rpm stage of it. Thanks

If you want to give me the serial number I can check it to see if any updates need to be done. The new oil pump did resolve the issues with that engine and had no other problems.

It's good, It didn't require any updates and there is no warranty history on it. The warranty expires 9/21/2013.
